The outdoor space is a shared space, with a concrete patio area and a large raised grass space. Very nice spot to relax with a book and a glass of wine on a hot summer day! Great little coffee shop located on the corner, just a 60 second walk from the house (Le Marche St George). 

The house is located in the Riley Park neighborhood, just a short walk to Main Street, Fraser Street and East King Edward. Transit lines are available on all 3 of these streets, within a few minutes walk. The closest grocery store is about a 5 minute walk away on Fraser Street. Also walking distance to the Hillcrest Aquatic Centre and Community Centre and to Queen Elizabeth Park (about a 15 minute walk). 

Sorry, no pets in this one. 

Parking is not included, but street parking along St.George Street is free.
