Oak Street and Cambie Street are both just 2 blocks away, and Queen Elizabeth Park is about a 10 minute walk down the street. BC Women & Children’s Hospital is about a 10 minute walk.

The Kitchen has ample cabinetry along with appliances that include the stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a cooktop stove. The oversized sink is located below a large window that can be opened up for added fresh air and natural light.

The Living Room is a very bright and cheerful space, surrounded by natural light and decorated with tasteful furnishings. The sofa is a pull out so can be used as a bed for overnight guests. A set of patio doors can be opened up to allow for a nice summer breeze while watching a movie or reading a book. A small fence (not shown in the photos) has been installed for extra privacy between this unit and the back yard of the main house.

A dining Table for 4 separates the Living Room from the kitchen.

The bathroom has a bathtub, and there is an opening window in this room for natural light and fresh air.

Free Street Parking is available along West 24th Avenue. Parking along Heather Street is also available with the purchase of a city parking permit for the Cambie Village Zone.
