The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom of approx 644sqft.

Flooring is engineered wood throughout the main living areas and the bedroom.

There is a Dining Space next to to the Kitchen passthrough which will comfortably fit a table for 4 or 6.

The Living Room is a bright space, with a design that adds extra corner style windows, giving the a room a nice open feel, with an open view out over the rooftop of the building across the street and to the buildings in Yaletown beyond.

There is a balcony located off of the Living Room with wood style tiles installed.

The Kitchen includes a dishwasher in addition to the stove/oven and the fridge.

The Bedroom will comfortably fit a Queen Sized bed in addition to regular bedroom furnishings. Please note that the bed shown in the photos belongs to a previous occupant and is not included with the rental.

There is a large storage room in suite. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the storage room.

1 Parking Space is Included and 1 Storage Locker is also included with the rental.

The building is part of the Rosedale on Robson Hotel which is located in the adjacent building, and for a yearly fee, residents of this building are given access to the hotel facilities which includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and recreation facility.

A small dog or a cat will be considered for this rental. For those with a dog, this building is also just a short walk to the new Coopers Park Dog Park located alongside the Sea Wall and False Creek.
