The main living area includes the Living Room, Dining Area and the Kitchen. The tile floored Dining Room Space is located at the front end of the apartment, with 3 large framed windows that overlook the front yard.
The Living Room area has laminate wood flooring and arched wall niches, ideal for highlighting artwork or a special furniture piece.
The Kitchen has an over-sink window for added light and includes the fridge, stove/oven and a dishwasher.
The main living area does have a bright feeling to it, with large windows on the front wall above the dining area, the side wall above the kitchen sink and the opposite side wall in the Living Room. This is garden level living without the shoebox feel!
Both Bedrooms are a good size, and each would comfortably fit a Queen Sized Bed, and you could fit a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom if desired.
The bathroom has a large window for added light, and includes bathtub with shower.
Laundry is shared with the unit above and is free to use. There is a weekly set schedule for use of laundry.

Parking is not available, however, street parking is available along West 17th Ave for those that do have a vehicle.
