The Cornerstone is a heritage designated strata building which was formerly the Mount Please Presbyterian Church, originally constructed in 1909. It was converted to Strata condos in 1994, and is now comprised of 6 levels with a total of 38 strata units.

The Cornerstone is located in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, just 1 block to East Georgia Street and 1 block to Main Street. Cambie Street and the Broadway-City Hall Skytrain Station are just 6 blocks (about a 10 minute walk) down 10th Avenue.

The apartment is located on the main level, and offers 834sqft of indoor space, plus a large 265sqft outdoor terrace.

In addition to the higher than average square footage and large terrace, this space offers several unique features not common to other condos in the city, including exposed wood beams, brick feature wall in the Living Room and the Flex Space, concrete feature wall in the Bedroom and 10 foot ceilings.

The Kitchen is open style, and include stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave.
