This 1 bedroom apartment is located on the main level of a house , and has its own separate external entrance from the side of the house.

The house is located in the Killarney neighbourhood, just 3 blocks from Central Park, and less than 5 minutes drive to Metrotown. For groceries, the Safeway on Kingsway is also about a 5 minute walk away. The Killarney Community Centre is located about a 5 mintue drive or bike ride, or about a 20 minute walk. The community centre offers a swimming pool, fitness centre, skating rink, and offers a variety of other classes and activities.

The house is made up of 3 units in total. The Property Owner lives in the main property, and there is another apartment located on the right side of the house which has a long term tenant in it. This unit is the apartment located on the left side of the house.

The apartment has its own exterior private entrance on the side of the home.

The kitchen was recently renovated and includes a brand new stainless steel fridge and stove/oven. The cabinetry, fireplace surround and flooring were all recently updated as well.

The flooring is laminate wood floor.

The fireplace is a wood-burning, and has a stone surround.

The Living Room overlooks the front yard and the cherry tree lined street beyond.

The bedroom will easily fit a Queen sized bed, and could fit a King Sized bed if desired. *note* this room does currently have a bed, side table and desk in it, as shown in the photos below. These items will be removed to make this unit fully unfurnished, but can also be included in the rental if needed.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, and an upper window for added ventilation.

Laundry is not in suite, however, free shared laundry is available in the garage.

Heat and Electricity are Included.

Parking is not included or available, however, street parking is available with the purchase of a city permit (under the Boundary Residential Permit Zone on the City of Vancouver Permit website – approximately $75 for the year).
