The main living area is bright and feels spacious, as there are 2 window walls.

The kitchen is open style, and includes the fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher.

The bedroom will easily fit a King Sized Bed.

A big plus to this unit is that it has Air Conditioning.

Laundry is not in suite, however each floor has its own set of laundry machines, which are free to use for residents of the floor, so there is no cost to use them.

There is a large storage locker included, which is also located on the same floor as the suite.

Sorry, there is no parking included and as the building does not have a parkade, there is no parking available in the building.

The Electra was built in 1957, and was originally the BC Hydro offices. It was repurposed and renovated into condos in 1995.

Amenities of the building include a gym, large social room, outdoor central courtyard with bbq and guest suites available rent for visiting guests of residents of the building.
