The Den is an open flex space located across from the Bedroom. There is plenty of room for the placement of a desk and office storage making this an ideal home office space.

The bedroom does have balcony access via a sliding door, and this room will comfortably accommodate a queen sized bed.

The washer and dryer are full sized machines as opposed to the smaller apartments sized machines.

The nearest Skytrain Station is Edmonds Station, which is 10 minutes away by bus, providing quick access to Metrotown, the Airport and Downtown Vancouver.

Also about a 10 minute drive away are Highgate Village, Royal City Centre and The Shadbolt Centre for the Arts. Metrotown is about a 15 minute drive, and is also accessible by bus/skytrain in under 30 minutes.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Robert Burnaby Park, Burnaby Lake, Deer Lake, Byrne Creek Ravine Park and the 4.7km South Point Trail are all within a short cycling distance, offering a large variety of trails, water sports and facilities to explore.
