This is an excellent location for both those that want to be downtown and for those that need to commute. Because it is very central to the downtown core, it is just a short walk to Yaletown, The West End, False Creek, The Sea Wall, Davie Street, Robson Street and the Downtown Business District. For commuters, there is a bus stop directly across the street that cross the Burrard Bridge, and the number 04 bus to UBC is just 5 minute walk from the building.
The apartment is 529sqft, and has a functional layout that allows for a small dining table next to the open style kitchen. The Kitchen has been updated with newer cabinetry, and includes the stove/oven and fridge.
The Living Room area has a Bay window and access to the Balcony, both of which face the quite courtyard side of the building.
The flooring is laminate wood throughout the Living Room, Dining Room and Bedroom.
The Bedroom will easily fit a Queen Sized bed along with regular bedroom furnishings. Note – the current tenants use this room as the room for their children, so they have it set up with bunk beds. This does work very well for them, however, it is hard to guage the size of the room in the photos as it does look much smaller than it is. I will have a tape measure handy during showings, so you will be able to take measurements if needed to ensure regular bedroom furnishings will fit. We will update the ads with new photos once the current tenants have finished up with their move, but in the interim, we do only have the current set of photos with the furnishings in them.
The bathroom has had some updating, including replacement of the shower tiling and the sink.

Parking is not included, however, parking can be rented from the building directly, subject to availability.
Laundry is available in the building.
This building has 2 common area rooftop patios. The first is on the 8th floor, just one flight of stairs up from this unit, so is a convenient place for getting outside of the apartment to study, work or relax without needing to leave the building. There is a 2nd rooftop patio located on the 9th floor.
