This Studio Apartment is located in the Hornby Court building at 1330 Hornby Street, just a couple of minutes walk to the Burrard Bridge, Davie Street, Beach Avenue and the Sea Wall. The Aquatic Centre is also about a 5 mintue walk from the building.

This is a studio apartment, so there is not a closed off bedroom, however there is an alcove space that was designed for bedroom furnishings, and there is a large walk in closet next to this area.

The Kitchen is open style, and has ample cabinetry and cupboard space, including an overhang for bar seating. The kitchen includes the stove/oven and dishwasher. There is also a mini fridge in the kitchen, and a larger fridge located outside of the kitchen.

Floors are laminate wood throughout.

There is a balcony that overlooks Hornby Street.

Laundry is not insuite, however, there is a laundry room in the building with card operated pay machines.

Parking is available to rent directly from the buildings strata management office (subject to availability of a space at the time of rental).
