This is the Laneway Home in a 4 unit complex, which consists of 3 Townhomes in the main building at the front of the property and the separate laneway home at the back.

The Laneway House is approximately 1118sqft, and was newly constructed in 2019. The majority of the rental is on the upper level, with the entrance including they foyer, a storage closet and the staircase located on the main level. The remainder of the main level is the shared garage, which includes 1 parking space for this rental along with 2 other parking spaces for units in the main building.

The Kitchen is set back from the main living room, and is a bright, open space with bar seating, extra cabinetry and a large kitchen window above the sink. The kitchen includes a glass cooktop stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is a space for a dining table in front of the bar seating area.

The cozy Living Room has wood floors, a gas fireplace and wood mantel above and windows on either side and the entrance door to the balcony.

The balcony is a covered balcony, so could be used even on a rainy day.
A gas bbq is permitted on the balcony.

The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both Bedrooms will comfortably fit a Queen Sized Bed and the Master Bedroom would comfortably accommodate a King Bed.

Both bathrooms are modern and bright, and the ensuite bath has a frosted glass window for added natural light and fresh air.

Floors are laminate wood throughout.

There is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer along with some added storage space for linens and laundry supplies.

The home is wired with an alarm system – monitoring is not included and must be set up and paid for by the tenant

1 Parking Space is included in the garage. The garage is a 3 car garage, with 1 of the spaces assigned to this unit, and the other 2 assigned to units in the main building.

There is also a bike rack inside the garage. There is space for up to 2 bikes on that bike rack for use by the tenants of the laneway home.

A small to medium sized dog will be considered for this rental.
