The apartment is on the 9th floor of The R&R building. The R&R is a 19 storey strata building which is located at 480 Robson Street, at the corner of Robson and Richards. This area is both vibrant and convenient, with the shops and restaurants of Robson Street just steps away, and just a short walk to Yaletown, the Downtown Business District, The Sea Wall, Rogers Arena, BC Place and The Queen Elizabeth Theatre. A large grocery store (IGA) and the Vancouver Public Library are located across the Street and the Yaletown Roundhouse Sky Train Station is just a 10 minute walk.

We have just installed new vinyl plank flooring with wood grain finish in the Living Room, the Bedroom and the Storage Room.

The Living Room overlooks Robson Street with a great view of the Vancouver Public Library building.

The Kitchen is open to the Living Room, and includes stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a gas stove.

There is a large storage room in the apartment for added pantry and storage space. This room would work for use as a home office base if needed.

The bedroom faces the balcony, and will easily fit a Queen Sized Bed.

There is a balcony with great views over Robson Street & the Vancouver Public Library.

This unit does have an ensuite washer and dryer.

There is not a parking space included with this rental. The building does have a parkade, so those with a car may be able to find a space available for rent from someone else in the building that is looking to rent their space.

Sorry, this is a no pet and no smoking rental.

Building amenities include a gym and concierge.
