We complete a rental market evaluation, specific to the property that you own, or a general rental market evaluation if you have not yet purchased a property to rent out, and discuss the 2 primary market segments (furnished and unfurnished) to help you determine which market is best suited for you and your property. For those that do not yet own a rental property, we will provide a wider insight into locations and neighbourhoods, inclusions and things to consider as they relate to owning a rental property that will better prepare you for your property search.

We introduce you to topics that will better prepare you for finding tenants and managing a rental property.

Presearch
For those that are in the process of, or are just about to begin the search for a rental property to purchase, your consultation will include a limited number of rental market evaluations for individual properties you are considering purchasing, allowing you to make a more informed decision on the market rent and the properties rentability prior to making your offer.
