Lanterna Property Management Inc is a brokerage that is licensed to provide Property Management Services to our clients, the owners of rental property in BC. We have 20 years of direct experience in the Property Management Industry, and our area of expertise is in the management of individual privately owned apartments in strata buildings, townhomes, laneway homes, houses and smaller multi family apartment buildings.
We offer Property Management services to the owners of both furnished and unfurnished rentals, with Vancouver as our primary service area. For owners of unfurnished rentals, our service area extends to properties in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Port Moody and Surrey.

Jacy Dobrich
The Broker, Co-owner of Lanterna Property Management with 20 years of direct experience as a licensed Property Manager. Originally from Hinton, Alberta, Jacy moved to Vancouver in the year 2000. He got his start in Property Management in 2004 at Bruce Ward Realty; a boutique Real Estate Brokerage in downtown Vancouver where he worked as a Property Manager for the unfurnished rentals division until Bruce’s retirement and through the eventual sale and rebranding of the company. His time at Bruce Ward Realty gave him direct in-depth experience in all aspects of privately owned condo management and provided him with a high level of respect for his clients as well as for the properties that he managed for them. Jacy’s commitment to honesty, transparency, and a high level of ethics to his clients is still at the core of his management services and is the basis on which Lanterna Property Management, was created.
Alberto Samano
The Co-owner and licensed Property Manager of Lanterna Property Management, he holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Agriculture from the University of San Nicolas in his native Mexico. Alberto also has an extensive background in the Financial Services Industry and Hotel Management Services. A Vancouver resident since the mid 90’s, he has seen a lot of change through his time in the city. He worked in the Banking Industry as a Personal and Commercial Account Manager for over 20 years before taking on the task of managing a busy B&B style Inn in Vancouver’s West End in 2014.
When a new opportunity arose to step into Property Management, he enthusiastically took on the new challenge and obtained his Property Management license in 2023 and along with Jacy he became the Co-founder of Lanterna Property Management Inc.
