This is within the city of Vancouver, however is also just a 10 minute walk to Central Park in Burnaby. This is an excellent location for those that want to be in a residential neighbourhood, but still be close to both parkland and a vibrant city centre. Central Park is a huge park with trails for walking & biking, picnic areas, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a pitch & putt golf course, a baseball field and lawn bowling. On the opposite side of Central Park is Patterson Skytrain Station, with Metrotown just beyond that.

This location is also a short walk to the Killarney Community Centre, which offers an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and ice rink. The tenants of this unit will receive a 3 month pass to the Killarney Community Centre.

The Laneway Home is just behind the main house, with its own separate gated entrance and address. This is a two level home, with 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms.

The main level includes the Living Room, the Kitchen, and 1 Full Bathroom. The Living Room currently has a set of glass patio doors leading to the back yard, however, a frosting is being added to the glass of these doors, and they will not be opening doors as the backyard space is for the exclusive use of the main house. The Laneway Home has a large outdoor patio space on the upper level.

The Kitchen is just off the Living Room, and includes a stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and a microwave. There is a large window over the kitchen sink for added natural light.

There is a full bathroom located on the main level, ideal for houseguests. This bathroom has a shower, making it ideal for overnight guests.

The upper level consists of the Bedroom and a Full Bathroom, as well as the patio. This is an open style bedroom as it is open to the stairwell. The Bathroom on this level includes a bathtub with shower head.

The Patio is approx 160sqft, with a sunny South West exposure and plenty of room for sun chairs and other patio furnishings. A propane bbq will be permitted on the patio. This is a peaceful residential area, so the patio is also a great place to unwind on summer evenings with a book and a glass of wine.

There is an A/C unit on the main level as well as on the upper level.
