The apartment is in The Californian, which is a 7 level building located at the corner of Pacific and Thurlow. Just a short 1 block walk to Beach Avenue, The Aquatic Centre, the Sea Wall and the False Creek Ferry dock with ferries to Granville Island, Vanier Park, Olympic Village and other stops along False Creek.

The apartment is approx 527sqft.

The Kitchen has been updated with and includes the fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher. A large pass through in the kitchen keeps the room bright.

There is a dining space for placement of a table next to the Kitchen.

The Living room is also a bright space, with extra lighting, laminate wood floors and patio doors leading to the balcony.

The Bedroom will comfortably fit a King Sized Bed.

This is a no pet rental.

Parking is not included, however, there is a Parkade in the building so it may be possible for those with a car to find another resident in the building that wishes to rent out their parking space. Residents can also purchase a West End Parking Permit for permit parking in the area.

There is a laundry room in the building which has free laundry machines, so no coins or cards needed to use them!

There is an external storage locker included with the rent.
