The Madison is a 4 level strata building located at 2929 West 4th Ave, between Bayswater and Macdonald. Less than a 5 minute walk to Point Grey Road, Tatlow Park and the waterfront. Shops, restaurants and groceries are located just down the street along West 4th Ave.

The Apartment for Rent is a studio apartment with open style kitchen off the main Living Area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher in addition to the stove/oven and fridge.

There is a gas fireplace and wood flooring in the main Living Area.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

In addition to the location, the highlight of this suite is the outdoor space as this unit has a large back patio, ideal for those that like to garden and to relax outdoors while at home. Those with an eye for decor can use this space to create a bright and cheerful extension to the interior.

This is a studio, so is ideal for a single, but may work for a couple that does not require a closed off bedroom.
