Panorama Village is a picturesque hilltop neighbourhood located just South of Cypress Mountain, and just North of the waterfront neighbourhoods of Dundarave and Ambleside.

Cypress Lookout is just a 5 minute drive, and Cypress Nordic Area (for skiing & snowshoeing) and Cypress Snow Tubing Park are just 14 minutes drive. This area is also ideal for summer outdoor enthusiast, with spectacular hiking and biking trails as well as scenic spots for a picnic.

The West Vancouver Community Center is less than 5 minutes drive or 25 minute walk, offering state of the art recreation facilities including swimming pool, hot tub, fitness centre, basketball court, ice rink, art studio, dance & music facilities and a myriad of fitness classes. The West Vancouver Tennis Club is located just next door to the Community Centre.

Stores, restaurants, groceries and coffee shops can all be found along Marine Drive, just 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Park Royal Mall is less than 15 minutes drive.

The Upper Level of the Townhome consists of the Main Entrance & Foyer, the Kitchen, the Dining Room, Sunken Living Room, Home Office with large Outdoor Patio, a Small Balcony, a Half Bathroom and a Massive Outdoor Patio with Incredible Unobstructed Views of the Water, the Mountains and The City.

The Lower Level of the Townhome includes the Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom, the Second Bedroom, a Full Bathroom in the Hallway, the Laundry Room and another Huge Outdoor Patio with Views.

The Kitchen is spacious, with plenty of cupboard and counter space. The kitchen includes the fridge, two in wall ovens, range style stove, dishwasher, trash compactor and microwave. There is a skylight in this room for added natural light, and a small balcony across from the kitchen provides extra fresh air and a good spot for a propane bbq.

The Dining Room has a table for 6 along with some cabinetry for storage.

The Home Office is located behind the kitchen, next to the half bathroom. The Home Office is a large room, and a set of patio doors in this room lead out to a huge outdoor private patio, an ideal place to work in the summer months! The Home Office includes a desk, along with some storage cabinets.

The Sunken Living Room is a few steps down from the Dining Room, with a large sectional sofa, a wood burning fireplace and a grand piano. A set of double patio doors in the Living Room can be opened up to a huge South Facing Outdoor Patio with ample space for enjoying the outdoor doors and the scenic views! The views are unobstructed, truly breathtaking hilltop views of the Pacific Ocean, the Mountains and the City. There is a patio table with 6 chairs, making this a great spot for summer evening meals or drinks.

The Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed, along with some storage wardrobes and 3 large closets. There is an ensuite bath with a large soaker tub for those that enjoy taking a bath on rainy day.

The Second Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed, and a wardrobe for clothing storage in addition to the closet.

Each Bedroom has a set of Patio Doors that lead out to another huge patio with the same water & Mountain views as the patio upstairs. This patio is the perfect spot to set up a small coffee bar for morning coffees while watching the sunrise.

There is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer just down the hall from the bedrooms, and there is a full bathroom in that hall as well.

It is important to note that the townhome does still have some of its original features, so the carpet, some of the tiling in the bathrooms and a some of the fixtures do have a vintage feel to them, and as such this may not be the right fit for those interested only in a modern space. However, until now it has been owner occupied and is in great condition, and for those that don’t mind the vintage aspects, this is an incredible place to call home, especially for those that enjoy outdoor space and views, and that wish to be close to nature while still being within easy access to the amenities of the city.
