This is directly across the street from David Lam Park and just a half block to George Wainborn Park, both of which are located alongside False Creek and the Sea Wall. Just 5 minutes walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse Sky Train Station, and less than 5 minutes walk to the David Lam False Creek Ferry Dock for quick access to Granville Island, Olympic Village and other stops along False Creek.

This is a South East facing unit, with incredible unobstructed water views of False Creek from the Living Room, the Balcony and both Bedrooms.

The Kitchen includes a gas stove/oven, along with stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. There is a large pantry with built in shelving at the back of the kitchen which provides ample extra kitchen storage.

For those that don’t require a home office, this room would also work well as a dining area or as a family room or playroom .
