The location is on Richards Street, between Smithe and Nelson Streets, and is just a short walk to the Yaletown Sea Wall, Robson Street, Davie Street and the downtown business district.

The apartment is a studio apartment, with a built in Murphy Bed.

This is an unfurnished apartment – furniture in the photos belongs to a previous resident and is not included as part of the rental.

The Living Room area has a gas fireplace.

The corner kitchen has stainless steel appliances including the fridge, dishwasher and gas stove and oven. There is also a microwave in the kitchen, as well as a moveable island on wheels which has space for seating and built in storage.

The built in murphy bed can be folded away in the daytime for added space. There is a closet on either side of the bed, as well as some extra cabinets along the top. A unique feature is a window located behind the bed, which is only visible when the bed is opened. As this is a corner unit, having the murphy bed open provides windows on 2 walls, making the space feel brighter and more open, and allowing for a cross breeze.

There is a washer and dryer in suite.
