Unfurnished 1 Bedroom apartment at Ocean Villa, just a short walk to Kits Beach.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Please Note: The photos make it appear that it is ground level, however, this is because there is hill behind the building which makes it look that way in the photos. This is not a ground level apartment.

Ocean Villa is a 4 storey walk up (no elevator) located across the street from Enroute Coffee & Cycling Shop, and just a half a block to Yew Street, home to some of Kitsilano’s most popular restaurants. Kits Beach is just 5 minutes walk from the front door of the building.

The apartment is approx 565sqft, and has laminate wood flooring throughout the Living Room, Hallway and the Bedroom.

The Kitchen includes the fridge and the stove/oven. There is a tiled area next to the kitchen which would be an ideal spot for a kitchen table (note that the cabinet shown in this space in the photos has been removed and is not included in the rental). This could also work as a spot for a home office if needed.

There is a balcony off the living room which faces the quite back side of the building, with a green outlook of the hill behind the building.

The bedroom is spacious and will easily fit a King Sized Bed in addition to other bedroom furnishings.

Laundry is not in suite, however, it is available on the lobby floor of the building.

1 External Storage Locker is included on the main level of the building.

Parking is not included. A parking space may be available to rent directly from the building, though the availability of a space would need to be confirmed in advance. There is permit parking available in the surrounding streets for those with a parking permit.

The Ocean Villa building does have a small common area roof top patio which has exceptional water views. This is a great spot for when you want to get outside, but don’t feel like leaving the building.

Almost all Strata buildings will charge a move fee, the amount of which will vary depending on the building. The average fee is usually between $150 to $250, however, this can be significantly higher depending on the building.
