The Master Bedroom, which will comfortably fit a king sized bed in addition to other bedroom furnishings also has a walk in closet and a full ensuite bathroom. The Second and Third Bedrooms are located at opposite end of the hall from the Master Bedroom, and each have vaulted ceilings. Both of these rooms will comfortably fit up to a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway.

There is a laundry station on the lower level of the house, with full size front load washer and dryer.

The lower lever also has a 1 car garage. Swisstrax Pro Tiles have been installed on the garage floor, making it a great room for parking a vehicle, storing items, or for use as a home gym or studio.

There is space for up to 2 vehicles to park (front to back) in the drive way.

The backyard space is a shared space with the lower level studio.
