This is in The Bentley building, which is located at the corner of Homer and Nelson in Yaletown. Just a short walk to the Seawall, the Yaletown/Roundhouse Sky Train Station and to Robson Street.

The apartment is approx 872sqft, with a functional layout.

As this unit is on a corner of the building, there are windows on 2 walls instead of just 1 in the Living Room, the Den and the Bedroom, adding natural light and a more open feel to all 3 of these rooms.

The Living Room has laminate wood floors and an electric fireplace, and offers a great view of the city. The Living Room windows face towards Yaletown as opposed to downtown, so is an open view that does not stare directly into another building.

The kitchen is open to the Living Room, and includes the dishwasher, gas stove, oven, stainless steel fridge and a microwave.

There is a large Den through the kitchen, which also gives access to the balcony. This room is bright and gets added airflow being next to the balcony, making it a great spot for a home office. This could also be a used as a spot for a kitchen table.

There is a large storage room opposite the kitchen, ideal for extra kitchen storage/pantry space (this room is called Tech Centre on the floor plan in the photos).

The Master Bedroom has a walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower.

The Second Bathroom is in the main hall, and includes a large rounded soaker tub, perfect for those that enjoy baths.

There is a Washer and Dryer in suite.
