The apartment is spacious, with approx 615sqft of well used space. The rooms do have a spacious feel, and will fit larger furniture comfortably, including the bedroom which would easily accommodate a King Sized Bed.

The flooring is vinyl wood. Flooring is a light grey tone adding a lighter feel to the room, while providing a more neutral colour base for matching furnishings.
